Job Description Job Description Staff Nurse (LVN) $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME HIRES. DETAILS AT INTERVIEW. BONUS EXPIRES 6/30/26 OR WHEN POSITION FILLS, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses (LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurses) to join our care team. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to appropriate staff.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Requirements:
Current and valid LVN license in the State of Texas.
CPR or BLS certification.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Compassionate, dependable, and energetic personality.
