Job description
Laredo West Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with an LVN license and 3+ years of skilled nursing facility experience to support resident care in a busy environment.
You will assist the DON in planning, organizing and directing nursing services, coordinating with physicians and families, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
