Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate LVN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver direct, high‑quality nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with ADLs. You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support individualized rehab plans, educate patients and families, and promote safe discharges.
