Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LVN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support therapy plans, and educate patients and families. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to ensure safe, patient‑centered rehab and smooth transitions of care.
