Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and supporting rehabilitation plans under RN and physician direction. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal recovery, educate patients and families, document care accurately, and uphold safety and infection-control standards in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with opportunities for career growth.
