Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LVN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. As part of the Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and support individualized rehab plans under RN/physician direction. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold safety and infection control standards.
