Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed nurse to provide skilled nursing care for patients in the home. You will follow physician orders, implement the plan of care, and educate patients and families to promote recovery and comfort.
The role requires Texas licensure, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Prior home health or hospice experience is preferred, and ongoing professional development is supported.
