Job description
LVN Homecare – Clovis NOCs
Schedule: Monday and Friday (10pm – 6am)
Pay: $30/Hr for first 90/days and $32/Hr after
LVN MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
Hands on training is provided and MUST have LVN license in order to apply.
Maxim Healthcare in Clovis, CA is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with a pediatric patient dependent on G-Tube care.
Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray (we will provide one for you with costs covered if needed).
Current BLS card (Course offered with our office with cost covered).
