Job description
USC Care Medical Group seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse II to provide direct patient care under RN or Provider supervision. The LVN II will perform assessments, med administration, EKGs, phlebotomy, and patient education while coordinating services as directed.
Responsibilities include patient triage, documentation, scheduling tests, maintaining records, and ensuring privacy and infection control. Requires LVN license (CA), BLS, IV therapy certification, and 3 years acute/ambulatory care
