Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LVN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The LVN will support RNs and the interdisciplinary team with assessments, wound care, medication administration, ADL support, and patient/family education. This role focuses on safe, patient-centered rehab, accurate documentation, and collaboration to meet individualized care plans.
