Key Responsibilities Administer medications
Monitor patient conditions
Provide wound care and treatments
Maintain accurate documentation
May perform administrative duties such as patient navigation, referral follow-up, and care coordination
Requirements Active Texas LVN license
Minimum 2 years experience (LTC, Psych, or Primary Care/Hospital)
CPR certification
