Job description
Sweetwater Care in Lindsay, CA is seeking an LVN to provide nursing care within scope of practice, following physician orders and center policies.
Responsibilities include administering meds and treatments timely, coordinating with physicians, education of families, and patient placement and monitoring; requires CA LVN license and long-term care experience.
Experience with Point Click Care is preferred; one year of management experience is preferred but not required.
