Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor vitals, support rehab therapies, and educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll document clinical progress, assist with admissions and discharges, and help ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
