Job Description Job Description A national healthcare organization is hiring remote LPNs/LVNs to support a Specialty Medication Prior Authorization (PA) program. In this role, you'll help process PA requests, communicate authorization status, and support members and provider offices using established clinical criteria and workflows.

Work setting: Fully remote (work-from-home)
Target start date: November 16, 2026
Schedule / Training
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Training is approximately 5 weeks
Training hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CST (during training)
After training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
Team preference: candidates located in Mountain or Pacific time zones (shifts can run later in Eastern time)
What You'll Do
Process and communicate specialty medication prior authorizations (PA) based on established criteria and procedures
Handle inbound calls and provide phone support to provider offices, pharmacies, and members
Manage fax/electronic authorization processing, case documentation, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate documentation and data entry across multiple systems
Refer cases not meeting criteria to the Pharmacist/MD team
Support PA team operations with urgency, prioritization, and strong teamwork
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license (any U.S. state/territory/Commonwealth or Washington, D.C.)
RN licenses are not accepted for this LPN/LVN-only role
1+ year prior clinical experience
Strong communication skills (verbal/written) and attention to detail
Comfortable working on the phone and computer for extended periods
High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
