Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LVN will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care under RN and physician direction, including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with rehab-focused care plans. You will educate patients and families, document care accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal recovery outcomes.
