Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LVN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will support RNs and the interdisciplinary team with direct bedside care, medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient progress. You’ll educate patients and families on rehab plans, reinforce therapy goals, and help ensure safe discharges.
