Job Summary:
Bronte Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for a full-time night shift position. As an LVN at our center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents. Our efficient and dedicated staff is dedicated to making each patient feel like family, and we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
Collaborate with the RN to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and report patient conditions, as well as changes in their status, to the RN and other healthcare team members
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care
Ensure all patient care is delivered in accordance with the center's policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment
Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients, families, and staff

Job Requirements:
Current LVN license in the state of Texas
Minimum of 0 years of experience in a long-term care or rehab setting
Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
