Job description
Anchor Co-Living is hiring a Staff Nurse (LVN) to provide care in a non-acute residential recuperative setting for individuals recovering from hospitalization.
Responsibilities
Administer meds, wound care, and monitor vitals
Support daily living needs and mobility
Document care accurately
Report changes to supervising clinicians
Requirements
California LVN license + CPR/BLS
2+ years clinical experience
Ability to assist with transfers
Compassionate and team-oriented
Benefits
$33-$36/hr
