Job description
Su Clinica is seeking an LVN Supervisor to manage the Pediatric/Adult department in Brownsville, TX. You will supervise MAs, CMs, CNAs and coordinate daily nursing operations to deliver patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include PCMH guideline adherence, QA participation, and collaboration with the Clinic Manager. Evening and weekend hours may be required to support shifts and patient needs.
