Job description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a full-time LVN or RN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in correctional facilities. You will perform assessments, provide treatments, administer medications, and respond to urgent needs while maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance. Working closely with providers and custody staff, you’ll support chronic care, sick call, and health education.
