Job description
Encompass Health seeks an LVN Patient Care nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will provide direct bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with rehab-focused care plans, and support patients and families through recovery.
