Job description
Encompass Health seeks an LVN to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LVN will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and support interdisciplinary rehab plans. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you will educate patients and families, document care accurately, and promote safety and compliance with clinical standards.
