Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LVN will provide bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support rehab therapies, and assist with care planning under RN and physician direction. You’ll educate patients and families, ensure accurate documentation, and promote safety and infection control.
