Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LVN will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and coordination of interdisciplinary rehab plans. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support functional recovery and safe discharge planning.
