Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate LVN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct, patient-centered nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and coordination with an interdisciplinary rehab team. The LVN supports individualized care plans, educates patients and families, and monitors progress toward recovery goals.
