Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vitals, and assisting with rehab-focused treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support functional recovery, provide patient and family education, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
