Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide direct bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor vitals, and assist with rehab-focused care plans under RN/physician direction. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, educate patients and families, and promote safety and quality outcomes.
