Job description
Sweetwater Care in Porterville, CA seeks an experienced LVN Manager to oversee nursing operations in the SNF/LTC setting. You will administer medications and treatments, ensure orders are followed, and collaborate with physicians to maintain high-quality patient care.
Ideal candidates have California LVN licensure, at least one year of nursing management experience, and familiarity with PointClickCare charting. Priority given to those with long-term care experience.
