Job description
Pay: $28 - $30

Provide Care One Patient at a Time

This assignement is for a pediatric patient who has gtube, trach and vent management. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience under LVN license.
* * Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 7am - 3pm
Mondays - Fridays 3pm - 11pm
Mondays - Fridays 11pm - 7am

What You'll Do
* Provide direct patient care in the home
* Monitor patient condition and report changes
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered
* Support individualized care plans
* Document care and communicate with the healthcare team
Requirements
Required:
* Active LVN license
* Current BLS certification
Preferred:
* 1+ year of nursing experience
Additional Details
