Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LVN for our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this inpatient rehabilitation setting, you’ll deliver hands-on nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician direction. You’ll educate patients and families, document care accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe, goal‑oriented recovery.
