Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, and assist with rehabilitation-focused nursing interventions under RN and physician direction. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans, educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and promote a safe, nurturing environment that supports recovery and offers strong opportunities for professional growth.
