Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LVN for our inpatient rehabilitation facility. The LVN will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support complex rehab treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient assessments within scope, wound and IV care per protocol, documenting in the EMR, educating patients and families, and promoting safe discharges.
