Job description
Located in Lynn, Massachusetts, a diverse, historic coastal city, the practice offers an excellent combination of urban and residential mix with scenic waterfront beaches, walking paths, and commuter rail access to Boston, just 10 miles away. The practice has operated since July 2009, servicing the Lynn community and the surrounding areas of Essex County. It is roughly 5 miles from Salem Hospital and 12 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital.
The office is open five days a week with current owner looking to pare down his schedule. It is ideal for one surgeon a day, however, two surgeons have worked consistently in past years. There is ample street parking and nearby access to commuter bus and train service.
The practice generates over one million dollars in revenue per year with no advertising and a strong existing referral base. The facility includes four treatment rooms, each fully equipped for IV sedations, two recovery bays, a doctor's office with three stations, waiting room and three administrative stations.
