Job description
Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York seeks a Senior AI Lawyer – M&A with 8–10 years of substantive M&A practice who has moved into building AI workflows for transactional work. You will design, build, test, and deploy production-ready AI solutions embedded in the M&A practice, collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, KM Lawyers, and Practice Solutions.
Fluency with Harvey, Legora, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and related tools is required as you translate complex deal
