Job description
Kohler Co. is seeking an M&A Analyst II to support the evaluation and execution of mergers and acquisitions, venture investments, and other strategic transactions. You will build detailed financial models, prepare valuation materials, and coordinate with banks, advisors, and cross‑functional teams to move deals from assessment through closing.
