Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, data center leases, real estate transactions, and related transaction documentation

Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and data center site leasing opportunities

Coordinate with outside counsel, counterparties, and internal cross-functional stakeholders

Support the structuring, execution, closing, and post-closing integration of acquisitions and data center leasing transactions

Help develop efficient legal processes, transaction-management practices, and internal documentation standards for M&A and leasing deals

What you’ll bring

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar

3+ years of relevant M&A, real estate/leasing, or transactional legal experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, or both; data center or other critical infrastructure experience a plus

Excellent drafting, analytical, written, and oral communication skills

Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive matters

Comfort and familiarity working with business and other non-legal stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities and transactions

A collaborative team player with strong initiative and desire to grow professionally
