Whitley Penn is seeking a Director to join our Deal Advisory Services team in the Dallas area. The role oversees financial due diligence engagements for mergers and acquisitions, manages client relationships, and mentors staff.
In-office Mon-Thu with optional remote Fridays, and a 8am-5pm schedule with overtime as needed. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA eligibility, 5+ years in TA/GAAP, and strong communication, time-management, and leadership skills to drive
