Job description
Withum is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services focusing on financial due diligence. You will lead multiple diligence work streams, coordinate engagements, and mentor junior staff within a hybrid model across US offices, including Orlando.
The ideal candidate holds a 4-year degree in accounting or finance, 5+ years in M&A/due diligence, CPA active or in progress, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Travel up to 40% is required.
