Job description
Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant in M&A Finance to support finance integration and separation activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will work across finance, accounting and treasury, helping clients address operational and reporting needs throughout the transaction lifecycle.
A successful candidate should have 4+ years in M&A / finance, strong communication, and the ability to lead workstreams in fast-paced environments. Travel may be required.
