Job description
Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions team seeks a Senior Consultant in M&A Finance to support finance integration and divestiture initiatives across corporate and PE clients. You will help optimize finance, accounting, and treasury processes during transactions, with Day 1 readiness, close, separation planning, and post-close execution.
The role requires 4+ years in M&A or related services, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and ability to travel ~50%.
