Job description
RSM US LLP is seeking a Principal for the Deal Services team within the M&A Integration and Separation Advisory practice. The ideal candidate brings 10–12+ years in M&A leadership at a top firm and a proven track record in integrations, separations, and value creation across multiple countries.
You will lead complex engagements, grow the client network, supervise directors and managers, and drive the transaction lifecycle from planning through execution with a focus on value realization.
