Job description
Paul Hastings, LLP seeks a Knowledge and Innovation Attorney to lead knowledge management and AI-enabled practice innovation for its M&A and Private Equity teams. The role collaborates with chairs, the Chief Innovation Officer, and the Innovation & Legal Solutions Department to reimagine how the groups work and to advance AI in the delivery of legal services.
The KIA will shape playbooks, templates, and resources, drive adoption of new technology, and ensure responsible AI use across matters.
