Job description
Riveron seeks an experienced Manager to join our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) State and Local Tax (SALT) practice. You’ll advise private equity firms and corporate acquirers through the full transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, tax structuring, and post-close integration.
The role requires strong technical SALT knowledge, project management, and the ability to build trusted client relationships, with travel as needed.
