Job description
Intrinsic is seeking a Senior leader for M&A Tax Diligence to build and head the tax diligence capability within TAS. You will guide tax strategy, identify exposures, quantify risks, and translate tax positions into actionable insights that inform deal pricing, reps and warranties, and post-close integration.
You will lead cross-functional deal coordination with financial due diligence, legal counsel, and PE sponsors, shaping methodology and playbooks to drive value across multiple transactions.
