Job description
Anthropic is seeking an M&A Tax Director to join our Tax Team. In a high-impact role, you will lead tax workstreams across acquisitions, acqui-hires, data center investments, and joint ventures, partnering with Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance to inform deal economics and post-closing integration.
You will draft tax provisions, quantify tax exposures, and help build transaction playbooks, with significant ownership and strategic influence across the company’s growth initiatives.
