Job description
WithumSmith+Brown PC is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Lead Consultant to lead tax due diligence and structuring engagements for private equity and strategic clients. The role collaborates with client management and engagement leadership while mentoring junior team members.
The position is hybrid with three in-office days per week and can be based in several US offices including Princeton, NJ.
