Job description
Withum seeks a Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Lead Consultant to lead and perform tax due diligence and structuring engagements for private equity and strategic clients across industries. You will work directly with clients and management teams while mentoring junior staff, contributing to growth of the TAS practice.
The Lead Consultant role supports flexibility with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week) across multiple US office locations including Orlando, FL.
