Job description
Leoforce in South Florida is seeking an M&A Tax Manager to lead tax diligence for transactions, deliver high-quality advisory, and mentor junior staff. You will work closely with Partners and Directors on complex tax matters, including Subchapter C and K and international inbound/outbound issues. Strong leadership in a fast-growing tech-oriented accounting advisory team is expected.
