Job description
Koch Business Solutions, LP in Atlanta/Plano/Wichita is seeking an M&A Tax Senior Manager to lead tax due diligence, structuring, and advisory work for acquisitions and divestitures. You will collaborate with Business Development, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting to assess tax costs and optimize deal economics.
The role requires strong experience in tax due diligence and deal modeling, with a JD/LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
