Job description

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Director to lead multi-engagement due diligence and drive the national TAS strategy. You will oversee client teams, ensure timely, high-quality deliverables, and strengthen client relationships across engagements.

The role requires eight years in financial services with TAS experience, strong leadership, and robust knowledge of US GAAP. An MBA or CPA is preferred, with Big 4 background advantageous.
